Summer Training

The goal here is to run more miles than ever before, get some sun, and just have fun running with a bunch of different people. I am hoping to get up to 55 miles a week by the end of the summer, running doubles a few times a week and long runs of 13-14 miles. I'll also do strides and hill sprints a few times a week. For workouts, it'll be lactate threshold pace for dayz. I'll do a variety of interval workouts (with short rest) and tempo runs. Summer training is pretty simple really, just build a base, and have fun doing it. I'm looking forward to it.
